Jiangsu Pearl Textile Co., Ltd. transforms 147 energy-saving motors
Due to energy-saving demand, it is planned to use the three-phase permanent-magnet synchronous motor produced by Jiuzhi Motor Technology Co., Ltd. for energy-saving transformation. The permanent-magnet synchronous motor produced by Jiuzhi Motor has reached the national first-class energy consumption standard and can achieve greater energy-saving effect. For a long time, the motor service personnel went to the site to learn and test.
Tests and records are performed at least once before the retrofit (using the original three-phase asynchronous motor) and after the retrofit (using the permanent magnet synchronous motor).
The test record is shown in the attachment. The measured energy saving rate is 11.72%.
