II. Possible impact of the construction project on the environment
1、Exhaust gas: The project's exhaust gas is mainly the particulate matter generated in the spraying process, VOCs from the curing process and fuel exhaust gas from the burning of natural gas in the curing oven.
2、Wastewater: No industrial wastewater is generated in the project; no new employees will be added to the project, and no new domestic wastewater will be generated.
3、Solid waste: The solid waste during the operation of the project mainly consists of trimmings, waste plastic powder, waste oil, waste oil drums and waste activated carbon.
4、Noise: The noise of the project mainly comes from the mechanical noise generated by the operation of production equipment.
Third, the construction project proposed to take environmental management measures
The project's exhaust gases are mainly particulate matter from the spraying process, VOCs from the curing process and fuel exhaust from the burning of natural gas in the curing oven. Particulate matter generated in the spraying process is treated by a two-stage tandem pulse cartridge recovery device and then discharged in the workshop; VOCs from the curing process are treated by an activated carbon adsorption device and then discharged through a 15m high (1#) exhaust; soot, SO2 and NOx from natural gas combustion are directly discharged through a 15m high (2#) exhaust.
No industrial wastewater is generated in this project; no new employees will be added to this project, so no new domestic wastewater will be generated.
The noise source of this project can meet the standard of "Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Boundary" (GB12348-2008), and no noise nuisance will be caused by taking control measures such as sound insulation, vibration damping and reasonable layout.
The solid wastes in the production process of this project are mainly the trimmings, waste plastic powder, waste oil, waste oil drum and waste activated carbon. Among them, the trimmings and waste plastic powder are collected by the enterprise and sold; waste oil, waste oil drum and waste activated carbon are entrusted to qualified units for treatment. The destination of solid waste of the project is clear, zero emission, no secondary pollution to the environment, and less impact on the surrounding environment.
